“ processing and exploitation technologies” is an interesting one.“ connectivity and dissemination technologies” are again what it says on the tin: communications methods like satellite links and encryption.In context it’ll probably be things like various metrics, simulations that analyze possible decisions, and the like. “ decision support technologies” are what it says on the tin: whatever helps people make decisions.Super-modern things like the Global Hawk and the Predator B and C are capable of flying patterns and between waypoints on their own, usually only requiring pilots to land and fire weapons. “ autonomy” in this case means “things that operate without human interference.” When you think of a modern drone like a Predator, those are mostly remote-piloted.There’s still a little jargon in there, so: Well, not so much form letters as Secretary of the Army Eric Fanning sending copies of the report to the committee members.
